Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, you're officially booked! I'll send over a few helpful resources to help you prepare for your wedding day, along with everything you need to know for the months ahead.
As we begin planning, I'll share my trusted vendor recommendations, answer any questions that come up, and work with you to create a photography timeline that ensures your day flows seamlessly and allows plenty of time for the moments that matter most.
About two months before your wedding, we'll have one final planning call to go over all the finishing touches. We'll review your timeline, finalize your family photo list, discuss any last-minute updates, and chat through any details I should know so I can document your day with intention so you can be fully present.

My typical booking window is anywhere from 3 months to one year before your wedding date. I open my books a year or more out for popular dates, so that if you have a summer or fall date you really want you can get it. I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured.

I love to capture the real moments that unfold — the tears, laughs, little and big moments that might go unnoticed if not documented. I want to connect and get to know you and then document your beautiful story that feels true to you. I'm laid back during the shoot and will try to make you laugh and make it the best time for us both! My editing style is true to color with a bit of a filmy and timeless touch.

Yes! I love to travel and and will go anywhere for your big day. After inquiring, a custom travel fee will be quoted to cover a hotel stay and flights for any destination weddings or mileage distance costs from the RCC Photography studio address.

4 weeks is the typical turnaround time for delivering the full gallery, you can expect to receive the sneak peek gallery of your wedding within 72 hours of your wedding day.
